Do you provide refunds or cancellations?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled nor returned. Please make note of the shipping times for each product as they vary with each product. Shipping times are longer than usual due to UPS and USPS being understaffed and overwhelmed. We will not provide refunds due to shipping delays. Once it is scanned at the post office, SJ Farm Creations is no longer responsible for the timeliness of the delivery. Please be patient with USPS and UPS.

IMPORTANT SUBLIMATION TUMBLER INFO:

The Sublimation Customizable stainless-steel tumblers will never crack or peel. The designs are printed directly on the cup so no need to worry about glitter or decals falling off. These are HOT AND COLD compatible. This will keep your coldest beverages chill or your steaming beverages hot!

* Tumblers comes with a closable lid and reusable plastic/metal straw.

*Tumblers are usually ready to ship in 24-48 hours.

*These are NOT microwave safe and although it is dishwasher safe it is not recommended as to preserve the life of the design and the tumbler.

The sublimation ceramic coffee mugs are microwave safe and dishwasher safe, although not recommended for dishwasher in order to preserve the life of the image if put in the dishwasher repeatedly.
